REGOLAMENTO BREVE

§ 1  Davanti al cliente

Tutte le azioni intraprese (compresa la risoluzione delle controversie) da Opal Fotoceramika sono eseguite a vantaggio del cliente.

§ 2 Garanzia di soddisfazione Opal

Se il cliente non è soddisfatto della fotoceramica per lapide che abbiamo prodotto, ha la possibilità di restituire o modificare l'ordine, indipendentemente dal motivo. Non creiamo problemi inutili, troviamo soluzioni.

REGOLAMENTI

§ 1 DEFINIZIONI

Qualora nel presente Regolamento vengano utilizzati i seguenti termini, essi hanno il significato di seguito indicato:

• Dati di accesso - indirizzo e-mail e password impostati dall'Utente;
• Account - l'account dell'Utente sul Sito Web;
• Regolamenti - questi regolamenti;
• Reclamo - reclamo di prodotti ordinati da Opal sulla base del Regolamento;
• Sito Web: il sito Web Opal all'indirizzo www.opal.lublin.pl con sottopagine;
• Contenuto: tutti i materiali, le funzionalità e le informazioni rese disponibili sul sito Web;
• Utente - un'entità che utilizza il sito Web;
• Cliente - un'entità che esegue ordini nella Opal Company;

§ 2 NORME GENERALI

1. Il presente documento definisce le condizioni alle quali Opal consente l'utilizzo del Sito Web, inclusi i contenuti in esso contenuti e i servizi forniti da Opal tramite il Sito Web.
2. Il Regolamento definisce le modalità di impostazione e utilizzo dell'Account al quale l'Utente deve adeguarsi.

§ 3 UTILIZZO DEL SITO

1. La creazione di un account sul Sito è gratuita e non richiede l'installazione di software aggiuntivo.
2. Per utilizzare il Sito è necessario disporre di un dispositivo funzionante che consenta l'accesso a Internet.
3. L'utilizzo del Sito per ottenere informazioni sulla Società, la sua offerta e le opportunità di collaborazione può essere anonimo.
4. La creazione di un account richiede la fornitura di dati personali corretti dell'Utente.
5. La creazione di un account sul sito Web per effettuare ordini equivale a stabilire una cooperazione sulla base della cooperazione. La società Opal conserva i dati di contatto dell'Utente per la corretta esecuzione degli ordini e garantisce prezzi preferenziali per gli Utenti loggati.
6. L'ordine è possibile senza creare un account.
7. I cookie sono dati informatici, principalmente file di testo salvati sul dispositivo finale (computer, laptop, dispositivo mobile) del visitatore del sito web, se il browser web lo consente. § 4 ACCOUNT

1.     Creating an account and maintaining it is free of charge.
2.     In order to create an Account, the User should:

4. The user is obliged to provide true, current and complete data. The User is responsible for the consequences of providing incorrect or untrue data in the form.
5. To save the form and complete the creation of the Account, it is necessary to accept the Regulations.
6. After creating an Account, the User logs in to his Account using the Login Data.
7. The User is obliged not to disclose the Account or the Login Data to other persons and to take the necessary measures to prevent reading the Login Data by other persons.
8. In the event of violation of the provisions of the Regulations by the User, Opal reserves the right to block access to the Account for that User.
9. By providing his personal data, the User agrees to their processing for the purposes of the Administrator's services. 
10. The legal basis for the processing of personal data provided by the User are (in accordance with the GDPR):
• granted by the User
• to fulfill legally justified purposes pursued by the Administrator or data recipients, which are, in particular, direct marketing of own products and services.

§ 5 COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

1.  The unique Satisfaction Guarantee, which means that we accept every complaint.
2. Method of submitting a complaint:
1. Please send the advertised photo with a completed complaint form (available in the "Cooperation - Download" tab).
2. We send the corrected photo on porcelain at our expense to the address provided.
3. We do not cover the costs of sending back the advertised porcelain.
3. Complaints are dealt with immediately.

§ 6 PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

1. Opal company protects personal data of customers in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 922).

§ 7  WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract in writing without giving any reason within 10 days.
2. In the case referred to in point 1, the Buyer is obliged to immediately return the goods no later than within 14 days.
3. The goods are returned at the Buyer's expense.

§ 8  FINAL PROVISIONS

1. The Regulations enter into force on the day they are made available on the Website www.opal.lublin.pl.
2. The Regulations are available at http://opal.lublin.pl/pl/rules 
3. Opal will make every effort to resolve any disputes amicably, and the complaints have been considered in accordance with the customer's expectations.
4. The law applicable to the rights and obligations regarding the use of the Website by the User is Polish law.
