Returns and complaints

We make our products with due care, approaching each order individually. We realize that sometimes the only photo the family has may be damaged or of very poor quality. We do our best to get the best possible result, according to the client's expectations.

Nevertheless, we know that such a delicate matter as making a photoceramic or photocrystal may encounter the need to make corrections on the already made product.

In the case of very damaged photographs or a lot of changes such as backgrounds, clothing, changing the profile or smoothing out creases, we encourage you to purchase the additional service PROJECT, available in the order form under item 7. Extras. This service means that the customer will receive a graphic file for approval or to add comments before firing the tile or glass.

If you do not want to make a design, of course, it is not necessary. In this case, we take the photo as best as we can and send you the finished product without reviewing the graphic file.

Understanding how personal the photographs of loved ones of the deceased evoke, to meet your expectations, we are the only company in Poland to offer a SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. Our guarantee is that, if necessary, we accept any porcelain or crystal made by us for touch-ups as a free claim.


COMPLAINT


The complaint procedure is as follows:

1. In your customer account, under MY ORDERS, click on the three dots next to the order that contains the advertised product.
2. find the product you want to advertise and click the ADVERTISEMENT button.
3. describe in detail your expectations for improvements.
4. pack the advertised product, the proof of purchase and the complaint form and send it to our company headquarters:

Note: We do not accept shipments via parcel post or other pick-up points, please return the package directly to the above address.

5 When the parcel reaches us, we will make the described corrections and send a new product to the indicated address.

RETURN


The return procedure is as follows:

2. find the product you want to advertise and click the RETURN button.
3. describe in detail the reason for the return.
4. pack the returned product, the proof of purchase and the return form and send it to our company's headquarters:
