SHORT REGULATIONS

 

§ 1  Front to the client

All actions taken (including dispute resolution) by Opal Fotoceramika are carried out for the benefit of the client.

§ 2 Guarantee of satisfaction Opal

If the customer is dissatisfied with the tombstone photoceramic we have produced, he has the option to return or amend the order, regardless of the reason. We do not create unnecessary problems, we find solutions.

 

 

 

REGULATIONS

§ 1 DEFINITIONS

  1. Whenever the following terms are used in these Regulations, they have the meaning given below:
    1. Login Data - e-mail address and password set by the User;
    2. Account - the User's account on the Website;
    3. Regulations - these regulations;
    4. Complaint - complaint of products ordered from Opal on the basis of the Regulations;
    5. Website - the Opal website at www.opal.lublin.pl with subpages;
    6. Content - all materials, functionalities and information made available on the Website;
    7. User - an entity using the Website;
    8. Client - an entity executing orders in the Opal Company;

§ 2 GENERAL RULES

 

  1.  This document defines the conditions under which Opal allows the use of the Website, including the content contained therein and services provided by Opal using the Website.
  2. The Regulations define the method of setting up and using the Account to which the User must adapt.

 

§ 3 USING THE SITE

  1. Creating an account on the Website is free of charge and does not require the installation of additional software.
  2. To use the Website, it is required to have a working device enabling access to the Internet.
  3. Using the Website to obtain information about the Company, its offer and cooperation opportunities may be anonymous.
  4. Creating an account requires providing correct personal data of the User.
  5. Creating an account on the Website in order to place orders is tantamount to establishing cooperation on the basis of cooperation. The Opal company stores the User's contact details for the correct execution of orders and guarantees preferential prices for the logged in Users.
  6. The order is possible without creating an account.
  7. Cookies are IT data, mainly text files saved on the end device (computer, laptop, mobile device) of the website visitor, if the web browser allows it. A cookie file usually contains the name of the domain it comes from, its "expiry time" and an individual, randomly selected number identifying this file.
  8. Cookies are used to adapt the content of websites to the user's preferences and to optimize the use of websites. In particular, these files allow to recognize the website user's device and properly display the website, tailored to his individual needs.

 

§ 4 ACCOUNT

  1.     Creating an account and maintaining it is free of charge.
  2.     In order to create an Account, the User should:
    • Enter his e-mail address in the tab and enter and confirm the password selected by the
    • User
    • . required data.
  3. It is forbidden to add illegal content to the form.
  4. The user is obliged to provide true, current and complete data. The User is responsible for the consequences of providing incorrect or untrue data in the form.
  5. To save the form and complete the creation of the Account, it is necessary to accept the Regulations.
  6. After creating an Account, the User logs in to his Account using the Login Data.
  7. The User is obliged not to disclose the Account or the Login Data to other persons and to take the necessary measures to prevent reading the Login Data by other persons.
  8. In the event of violation of the provisions of the Regulations by the User, Opal reserves the right to block access to the Account for that User.
  9. By providing his personal data, the User agrees to their processing for the purposes of the Administrator's services. 
  10. The legal basis for the processing of personal data provided by the User are (in accordance with the GDPR):
    • granted by the User
    • to fulfill legally justified purposes pursued by the Administrator or data recipients, which are, in particular, direct marketing of own products and services.

 

§ 5 COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

  1.  The unique Satisfaction Guarantee, which means that we accept every complaint.
  2. Method of submitting a complaint:
    1. Please send the advertised photo with a completed complaint form (available in the "Cooperation - Download" tab).
    2. We send the corrected photo on porcelain at our expense to the address provided.
    3. We do not cover the costs of sending back the advertised porcelain.
  3. Complaints are dealt with immediately.

 

§ 6 PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

  1. Opal company protects personal data of customers in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 922).

 

§ 7  WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

  1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract in writing without giving any reason within 10 days.
  2. In the case referred to in point 1, the Buyer is obliged to immediately return the goods no later than within 14 days.
  3. The goods are returned at the Buyer's expense.

 

§ 8  FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. The Regulations enter into force on the day they are made available on the Website www.opal.lublin.pl.
  2. The Regulations are available at http://opal.lublin.pl/pl/rules 
  3. Opal will make every effort to resolve any disputes amicably, and the complaints have been considered in accordance with the customer's expectations.
  4. The law applicable to the rights and obligations regarding the use of the Website by the User is Polish law.
